We were exhausted after 10 minutes. Guruji told us that this was the best way to reduce belly fat. He asked us to go to the Shavasana position. He told us to do a final stretch by stretching both hands and legs as much as possible. This was my favourite position. I lay on the floor.
As the first step, I untied the thread on my otherwise elastic pants. Guruji came near and told me to stretch as much as possible. I can concentrate on doing the asanas and not worry about being judged or commented on. Everyone gave applause for my speech. I concluded with a joke by pointing out that the only complaint I have is to stop making me a demo piece for Guruji.
All of them shook their head and said that, unfortunately, cannot be changed. I laughed at their mischief. Guruji laughed himself. He asked me to stay back so that he could demonstrate the chakras topic to me. Everyone gave a loud laugh hearing this. I bowed my head as a mark of surrender.
Guruji asked me to lay flat on my back. I was wearing a short kurta and leggings. I lay straight and closed my eyes. People started coming towards me to see me. Guruji touched the top of my head to explain about the chakra there. Next, he kept his on my forehead and explained about the chakra there.
I lay still. Next, he kept his hand on the centre of my breast on top of my kurta and explained the chakra there. He was very professional. He then kept his finger just below the breastbone on my solar plexus. He explained about the chakra there.
